Returns & Refunds:

Hearing that you would like to return your Save Sip will break our hearts! However, if the product hasn't been used or inscribed, we'll be happy to swap your bottle for a another one or give you a refund. Returns are accepted up to 14 days following delivery. All ordered bottles are protected against manufacture faults.

Please be aware that we do not provide free returns, thus the consumer will be responsible for paying for the return. Our policy is in effect for 14 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We might not be able to receive your item if you ship it before we have responded to your email. If you want to return an item, you will have to cover the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

For insulated products that come into contact with food (EN 12546-1:2000) and compounds of very high concern (REACH SVCs, including BPA), we test every product to ensure that it complies with EU standards. Every Save Sip product is asbestos-, BPA-, and BPS-free.
